You'll love your stay at this stunning 3 bedroom with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and only half a block to the beach! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is in the heart of Venice beach, just a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This stunning condo is located on the top floor. Walk in to the huge living room space with 10 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. A large fireplace, a 75 inch TV and a comfy seating await you. To your left is the kitchen and dining area. Down the hall is the laundry room with a free washer and dryer for you to use. Then 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a bathroom. The end of the hall leads to the master suite with 2 queen beds, a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a steam shower, and a massive walk in closet.

There is also a rooftop deck, accessed by a ladder just outside the front door. Please be careful while climbing. The rooftop provides comfortable seating and ocean views :)

We had the most wonderful stay and the host was communicative and super helpful. If you’re interested in finding a spot where you don’t have to drive anywhere- this is the spot. This location is very walkable to anything you wanna do- coffee, breakfast, lunch, beach, dinner and bars. The beds were comfy, place was very clean, the showers have great water pressure, everything was top notch for our group. We hope to be back soon!

Great location! Really enjoyed it overall! Very nice welcome basket. 4 beds to ensure everyone is covered. No major issues, but there were several little things - some of the windows not closing completely, blinds that can’t be raised/lowered, shared garage, some minor maintenance items. I believe the listing describes it as a whole house, but it is 1 floor of a 3 story building (shared garage). Also, there was a noticeable odor upon entrance. Not sure if someone was just cooking pungent food, but it was noticeable each time we entered over 5 days. Overall, I would stay there again though.

This place was perfect for our girls roller skate trip to Venice! Plenty of parking, the kitchen was well equipped, the jetted bathtub was perfect, and the location was walking distance to all of the Venice sites and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Amazing spot!!!!!

The host was great from the booking of the reservation. The home is the best hidden gem in Venice Beach. Access to the beach was 2 minutes. Walk to Abbot Kinney was 5 minutes. We enjoyed our stay immensely. I could go on and on how wonderful this beautiful home is and our family loved the private rooftop. We will be coming back.
