Valet parking area has holes on it so whwn my wife stepped out the car, her heel dug into a hoke. It broke her heel expensive designer shoe and the hotel completely disrespected her, worried we would sue. Never returning.

The hotel staff was amazing in giving us an amazing start of our honeymoon trip. The room was fantastic, the swimming pool area as well, with amazing food and drinks as a nice extra. Breakfast was also up there, with a wide selection of sweet and savoury food. Particular thanks to Gabriela G. who was amazing for the duration of our stay. Will definitely come back next time I am in LA
