The room smelled horrible like a litter box and the breakfast room only had enough room for may 10 people. The windows do not lock at all and the stopper is so far back someone can stick their full arm through. There is no privacy can hear absolutely everything and the gap under the adjoing rooms door was 3 inches and they tried to use a couch to block it.

The room's smelled like smoke, the bathrooms were out of body wash, and I am not sure how you have a beach view unless you are standing on the roof of the motel. Breakfast area is small and can only accommodate 20 people. If you have kids going to breakfast, you might want to take their order, because there is no way you're gonna all fit in there. The pool is in front of the hotel by the road. So you get to listen to traffic while you are in the pool. I was honestly embarrassed to take my family there with all the great reviews. We won't be going back

We stay at this hotel whenever visiting the area. The rooms are clean and usually enjoy our stay but the last couple times what has stood out the most it the Front Desk Lady, her name is Mayra( hope I spelled correctly) she is super fiendly, efficient, helpful, attentive and truly provide excellent customer service. Checkin was good. Room needs some attention. Spider web on the ceiling above the interior bed and strand of hair on the comforter. On the other headboard there's a piece of fabric, not sure if that's what it is. I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews about the cleanliness of the rooms. I had thought I might stay additional nights but have changed my mind.

The staff were courteous, and the room was generally fine, but this is an older three story motel and our "upgraded room" had some kind of renovation of the floor. The carpet was removed, and some kind of lino that had separated from its bonding that attached it the floor resulting in a bubble. Also expediate cited it as a VIP room, no charge for parking. There is no charge for parking in a open lot in front of the motel. Also, could not get the in room coffee maker to operate, but no problem, coffee in the lobby.
