Not a good place to stay

Our family had a terrible stay at this Best Western. We didn’t get an ounce of sleep. The walls here are paper thin and the doors have huge cracks at the bottom that every bit of sound and light gets through. The entire night was spent listening to people walk up and down the hallway, you can hear doors slamming outside. You can hear your neighbors next door from all angles. You can hear the TVs playing next door, the shower running, the toilet flushing. The entire night we kept hearing people stomping around upstairs, and I mean the entire night. Called the front desk to ask if they can get them to quiet down but that did us no good. Woke up to loud music playing next door and the sound was coming through the door. It was impossible for us to get any rest. Definitely left there unhappy.

Not what we expected for Best Western Group

Unfortunately our 2 night sleep was not what we expected. First and the most important is that walls is so thin you will hear everything, people talking ,walking, closing door on other part of hotel, we have room with car park view and it was loads of traffic noise, also very noisy air con and fridge making funny loud noise every so often, because all of this factor it is pretty difficult to sleep. Hotel little bit dated but ok . Good size free car park, 24/7h coffee facilities was good, and breakfast was ok but using single use crockery is disappointed as loads of waste is generated and difficult to cut some food with bendy knife. What you get is bit expensive to stay there.

Great location for traveling. Equal distance from LAX and concert venues. The only downside of this hotel, you can hear EVERYTHING above and on your floor. Walls are paper thin. If you are sound sensitive, this isn't the place for you.

AC extremely noisy - impossible to sleep.

They put me in the room 206 and I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of the extremely noisy AC that kept waking me up when turns on. Very noisy. Having a terrible night I haven’t being able to enjoy the rest of my trip.

Its the loudest hotel our family encountered. You hear every thing what on the top floor. Even a small step. If you have no choice to stay just try to get the room on top floors. The food is soo limited. The hotel itself need a renovation.
