Nestled in the treetops amongst the established luxury cul-de-sac that is Toorak Terrace, Seasoon is a peaceful slice of paradise waiting for you. The home is an outstanding example of modern coastal design, luxurious features all brought together with an element of simplicity. The main access from the street enters onto the mezzanine level which welcomes you with an open plan living area complete with obligatory ocean views, abundance of natural light, polished timber floors and warm open fire. Lounge, dining and kitchen comfortably accommodate family or friend gatherings. Central to the home and somewhat of a feature itself is a spacious stairwell extending both upwards to the master bedroom and bunk room as well as below to two further spacious king bedrooms, main bathroom and also, second living / rumpus. Set up for a variety of enjoyable activities including table tennis and air hockey the space also accommodates an area to pop on a DVD or simply peruse the bookshelf. Car enthusiasts will enjoy the 'wall of nostalgia' and for those musically inclined, enjoy a tinkle on the ivories. Outside has every bit as much to offer as in. Up top it’s all about sea views, long BBQ lunches and ice cold drinks in the sun. Down below offers something different again with an outdoor chimenea, day lounges, green grass and manicured landscaping. Those familiar with Lorne know Toorak Terrace is all about a lightning fast downhill walk into town and a more challenging trip home, allowing the opportunity to appreciate the surrounding parkland and spot resident koalas and kangaroos.
