THE SWIMMING POOL COMPLEX IS DUE TO OPEN JULY 2025. WE ARE VERY EXCITED AS THE POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR OVER A YEAR AND HAS UNDERGONE EXTENSIVE REFURBISHMENT. Located along the iconic Great Ocean Road within the Cumberland Resort in Lorne, A107 is a non smoking, self contained, pet friendly and wheelchair friendly two bedroom apartment with discrete mobility friendly aids throughout. It is ideal for families with small children as well as those who require some extra assistance. With an amazing large balcony which looks over Louttit Bay, you can relax and enjoy brekkie, coffee or a drink at the end of the day while watching the world go by.
Guests are welcome to use all of the resorts facilities, indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, tennis and squash courts, games room, gardens and BBQ area. All of Lorne’s attractions are only a short walk, Main Beach, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
The apartment is close to a golf course and on the waterfront. Lorne Surf Life Saving Club and Live Wire Park are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Great Otway National Park and Lily Pond Bushland Reserve. The main bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted TV, panel heater, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom is off the living area with a double bed, ceiling fan and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower and is fitted with discreet hand/grab rails to give extra assistance to those who require it. There is a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and laundry trough in the bathroom.
The extended balcony, 18 sq meters, with a Weber Barbecue, is the perfect excuse to enjoy a beer and a burger overlooking the ocean and the beautiful grounds of the complex without ever leaving the apartment. Ideal for families young and old.
