Greeting by reception staff was good but they had an issue with my hotels.com booking which was fully paid for. Obviously this was not my issue but between the hotel and the provider. The evening receptionist was nothing short of rude, short with me because I wasn’t sure if my room number (I would usually take my room key out with me but this was not allowed “in case of a fire” and then asked me to book my breakfast
