Hi Kevin, thank you for your review and business. All our beds are only a few months old and commercial quality that were recommended to us by BH Beard bedding co. We understand if they are not everyones choice, as people have different preferences with levels of softness etc. We apologize again for the coffee bag that was left in the plunger and have bought it to the attention of our cleaners, sometimes unfortunately things get missed but as you can see by our high scores in cleanliness we have very high standards. Thank you again for your business.

I didn’t like the fact I had to park my car on the road. Also the fact there were cockroaches in the room and the floor was very slimes and slippery
