A private path from the property leads down to Long Beach in around two minutes, making it easy to enjoy morning swims, beach walks and days by the water.



Pet-friendly and ideal for couples, families or a relaxed getaway with friends.

The open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light and opens onto the spacious clifftop deck — the perfect place for your morning coffee, afternoon drinks or simply watching the changing colours across the bay.



Reverse-cycle air conditioning provides year-round comfort, while the electric fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere during the cooler months.

Spend your days swimming, walking along the beach, exploring the surrounding coastline or simply enjoying the views from the deck.

Batemans Bay is within easy driving distance for supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shopping and other local attractions.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Batemans Bay and the surrounding South Coast.

Once at the property, Long Beach is only a short walk away via the private beach access path.

• There is no Wi-Fi at the property. Mobile reception may vary by provider.

• The property is pet-friendly. Please supervise pets and be respectful of the home and surrounding area.

• Linen is provided.

• A starter supply of essential guest items is provided for your arrival. If you need anything in particular during your stay, we recommend bringing it with you.
