Excellent location and the free wine and cheese was an awesome perk. The room had a pretty cool layout. However, very, very small. Booked for myself and my wife. The room is best for just one person. It's a really small room. Also, no space at all to put anything. A shelf would have been appreciated.

Fits the bill

This was our first time using a Z hotel for a last minute trip to London. Hotels in the city are so expensive but this one came up at a good price. I was a little skeptical but booked it anyway. The room was tiny but clean, modern, had a good shower and a comfortable bed, perfect for a short trip. If you plan to spend a lot of time in your room, then Z hotels are not for you, however, if like us you just need somewhere clean to get a good night sleep, then you will not regret staying in one.

It was in a very nice area of London and it was very close to the tube. The rooms were clean, (although smaller) but we knew what we were booking for. The hotel is kept up very well, the AC is nice and the people working are very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for a Weekend Trip

My partner and myself stayed at this Hotel for a weekend trip into London. I could not recommend it enough. It is in prime location, the design of the hotel is great and the staff could not of been more accomodation. The room was tidy and perfect for what you need. The bed however is a little hard but I'm not going to blame the hotel as it's personal preference. Definite recommendation for anyone

The location of the property was great. Had to get used to the very tiny and I mean tiny room. Couldn’t ask for better staff. Very helpful. I wish they would co tract with a cheaper cab company though. Pushed the button and it cost me $288 pounds to get to Gatwick. Won’t be caught doing that again.

Works for London as it’s just a place to rest. The rooms were surprisingly quiet. Great bed and clean but soooo tiny. The bed was surrounded by 3-1/2 walls. The only exit (for me) was by the top half of the bed as the bottom half was the glass wall to the shower. I had little luggage and was travelling solo so it worked for me but could not imagine having my partner there too. But a great price for a great location.

This room was very clean, but VERY small. The queen size bed touched three walls and there might have been enough room left for one more queen bed (that would have filled the rest of the room. Bath was nice and ample. Perfect for a single person or minimum needs. They offered drinks and food in the lobby. Lots of restaurants and pubs within waking distance.

Great nights sleep

I booked this hotel as I was working till the early hours on a contract and needed a place to sleep close by. I was pleasantly surprised the hotel was very clean very comfortable and great value for money.

Great for the underground 5 minutes walk, Perfect location for going to the theatre’s in the area, Only 10 minutes walk to Waterloo Bridge. Staff friendly, Room small with tea and coffee. Rooms only cleaned every other day. We came back at around 3pm for a shower and change before going out for dinner at 6 at the Chard, and our room hadn’t been cleaned no clean towels, We had already used them twice and had left them on the floor to be changed. Had to ask reception to find house cleaner. We then had to wait another 30 minutes.
