Modern but small. My son and I were having trouble with space for 2 suitcases as the room would be suitable for 1, though workable for 2. A short walk around the area opened up dining options with street vendors near Flat Iron providing plenty of yummy options.

i was pleasantly surprised how close to everything one wants to see in london. rooms are small but they are super modern and effecient. staff is 24 hours friendly helpful and all around well trained.

Clearer accommodation details would help.

I was on the 7th floor and the lift only went up as far as the 4th. This was not clearly indicated at the time of booking. Having said that the room was nice and the staff friendly.

We loved the property but the room had no window. So it felt like a cell! It was also super small! Also the bathroom door was see-through so you could hear and see when the other person was in the bathroom. This was a little awkward with my adult daughter.

Absolutely excellent for being in central London, amazing soundproofing, like, really, the only noises I heard was from people outside going into their rooms or talking in the hallway. We were on the third floor and heard NOTHING of the outside London traffic. It really was excellent. Our issue was relevent for our room, and does not reflect the rest of the rooms. My wife and I found small patches of blood on our sheets and pillow. It was quite uncomfortable, honestly. We had to throw a towel over it to cover it up while sleeping. Second, we booked the queen room and it's just.. very small for two people. The distance between the bed and the bathroom is next to nothing. The person sleeping on the right needs to disturb the person sleeping on the left to be able to use the bathroom at night. This wasn't great as a light sleeper. The shower itself is only height adjustable, and while it can be removed, you can't actually adjust the head of the shower. Someone also took our sleeping sign, we reported it to the front desk, who explained another would be replaced.. we never got another one.

This is a good hotel for short stay. Gteat location with lots of sights within walking distance. As others have said the rooms are small but you have everything you need including tea and coffee in the rooms. The only thing I didnt like was the frosted glass housing the bathroom/toilet, fine if your by yourself but a bit uncomfortable when sharing.

I had a basement room with no windows, which suited my purpose well. It was a bed for the night. I was on a night out and out first thing in the morning. Bed was comfortable. Room was good temperature. Ensuite shower was good. For the price in central london I would definitely stay again.

Location is nice other than that terrible. Rooms are so small will not fit two. Stayed 4 nights, and we had to beg for 1 room cleaning. Finally as we were leaving the hotel, we were accused of stealing our own luggage. They understood the mistake and apologized in the end but it was terrible whilst the taxi was waiting outside. Do not recommend this hotel.

It's like I found Hidden Gems across London

Great space for a solo traveler. Excellent for smaller groups or those who aren't highfalutin. Prime locations across London. Efficient spaces and valuable amenities and perks. Also, special appreciation for PJ who was most helpful, pleasant, and simply a lovely person to greet me as I returned from the streets of London. Such an excellent stay.
