Everything was clean and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast (extra cost) was fine. Main complaint was lack of space for sitting anywhere other than on bed in our king-size room. And we'd hoped to leave luggage during the break between our two stays but they have inadequate room to accommodate that. But clean with nice shower and we did have openable windows and a comfortable bed. And the location was great--easy walk to many places we wanted to go and tube stop only a block and a half away.

The room was clean and modern but unfortunately way too tiny for two people in their sixties who aren’t as flexible climbing over a bed on the side that butted up right against the wall. These rooms are more like pods than hotel rooms.

The room was in good condition, very clean and it a perfect location. Close to the Tube. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I just want people to know it is a VERY small room with no closet. If you are large people with lots of luggage do not stay here. It was perfect for a quick weekend stay.

Lovely welcoming entrance foyer. I arrived just after 2pm and was told my room was ready but there would be a £10 surcharge if I wanted to go in before 3pm. I felt this a little ridiculous but just waited in cafe section with a cup of tea. I think if the room is ready, staff should use their discretion unless you arrive hours early. Room was clean and although small, supplied tea, coffee and hairdryer! Door to bathroom was very squeaky and everything could be heard in the room which was disturbing at night if sharing the room. The shower made up for that, wonderful. Price for night and location was good for London and overall, would stay again.

Highly recommend staying here. Very cheap for central London and incredibly good value. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are tiny, but they're more than suitable for a 1-2 night stay. The bed is tucked right into the wall, TV right above it with Sky channels (including Sky Sports and TNT Sports!), compact en suite with shower. Lights, blinds, air con are all managed by a little controller on the wall, with different modes and settings. The lobby was really nice and features a little cafe. Do be aware that they add the 12.5% service charge to EVERYTHING, even a single drink you buy from the bar yourself, which I really don't agree with as I was unaware of it and they don't inform you. Had a pizza there and it was actually really good. They sell bottled beer too, peroni, moretti, brew dog and then a couple of ciders.

Lovely 2 night stay here, room was compact like advertised but did the job, it was clean, comfortable, everything was right on hand, electrical blind, aircon and heating, lovely shower, comfortable bed. Staff were lovely and friendly, especially the man that checked us in, so helpful, central location to lots, would definitely stay again.
