Reasonable price but wish it included breakfast. The mini fridge was full of water and created a massive puddle on the floor because the freezer had been defrosted. Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early.

We we're told they only cleaned rooms every 3 days ,we we're staying 5 days the 4 of us on the 3rd day we had our garbage removed , i had to call front desk to demand our beds be made and linens changed,totally unacceptable by any imagination of a 5 day hotel stay.

This is my go to place to stay in London. While this is an older motel and the décor is dated, it is slowly improving its facilities. It is also less expensive than the other hotels in the area and has more amenities.(Indoor pool, Lounge, Restaurant ) The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Rooms have the usual amenities, bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.

Needed a credit card for the $100 security deposit. Debit would not work. This was not stated anywhere on expedia nor on the property's website. Front desk asked if I could as a friend to use their credit card. I said absolutely no way would I ask a friend! Eventually I was told we could put a $200 deposit down using a debit card. They should have offered that option at the beginning. No elevator to second floor but that wasn't a big dea. Huge gap in between what seems to be a wood room door and the floor. Had to put a towel to minimize any light and noise. Old furnitiure that is worn (tears in chairs, veneer coming off furniture, stain on bed box frame, grout missing in shower, stain on bathtub). It was just okay. Definitely not the 'Executive Suite' that I imagined I was getting.
