Went to check in, didn't take prepaid credit koho which is all I had to pay for the room. Did not state anywhere on their website that they did not take these forms of payment and turned us away at the door. We told the woman at the front desk that the website didn't state that they didn't take anything but an actual credit card for the security deposit on the room, she said it did "I think". called them after the fact and the manager had picked up, we asked him why he didn't bother to clarify that and he choked up before only replying to everything we asked him with "sorry for the inconvenience". I hope every bug migrates to this hotel for the winter and the walls get eaten by termites. We drove 3 hours and ended up going somewhere else.

Service waa fantastic, we had no issues with our stay. The only few things we noticed is that the lights in the room don't turn out. So we had to unscrew the bulb in it, there are pretty bad stains on the carpets, and the bathtub didn't seem to be cleaned.

The first thing that we found was that there is no elevator - we had to carry our suitcases up a flight of stairs . The room was neat and clean but in the bathfrooom were small black flies.... When we went to have a shower, we found that the water temperature was only hot or only cold - there was no way to regulate it (this we raise as a potential safety concern). We interacted with several staff members throughout our stay and everyone one of them were very cordial and accomodating. We ate supper and breakfast in the hotel and found the meals reasonably priced and good.

Staff were very helpful and professional. The lady running the breakfast was outstanding , very efficient and cheerful. The Hotel advertise it is Pet friendly...it definately NOT. They say they only accept service dogs when you check in. Will loose a lot of business with this policy. All the surrounding hotels do accept pets.
