Perfect location, wonderful staff, very comfortable room ( bed was super comfy!). Amenities include hand wash at sink and body wash/shampoo in shower… bring any other toiletries you may need. Highly recommend ~ will stay here again when in London!

A perfect location for exploring London! The check-in was easy, the staff was very accommodating when we asked to switch rooms (we were originally given a disabled accommodation) and the rooms are clean and spacious!

Hard to beat the rate here, considering how close you are to comprehensive bus routes and the district line. Also hard to beat the breakfast option, especially for the area. The immediate surrounding is a bit corporate, so having a full English in the hotel is great. Beds and pillows are perfect. Only issue was a lack of provided shampoo

Well priced when compared to the national brand across the street. Staff was polite and cheerful. Older property but no complaints. Breakfast was OK including eggs and bacon, etc. No fridge in our room but got ice at the bar no problem. Clean room, comfortable bed. Only a block and across the street to the Blackfriar station. lots of shops and places to eat nearby. We'd stay again.

Great hotel in great location. Only negative is we wanted to get a reservation or ask about dinner at the in house restaurant but there is no phone in the room and we had to find a number and go through options to be able to talk to staff. Before finally reaching staff their phone message said to reserve dinner online but we had a couple questions do that all was a bit of a hassle
