The hotel itself was absolutely amazing. I have never stayed in such a beautiful and luxurious room. I felt like the room has everything you need. And I definitely would stay here again. I also like the access to the rest of the old kelloggs factory without having to go outside. Super convenient.
Everything from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms to the swimming pool was spotless. 10/10
The ONLY reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because
Of the food.
So breakfast isn’t included and I guess it’s to make sure people eat at the overpriced restaurant downstairs. And I would be fine with that if the food was any good. But I thought it was terrible. We tried the dessert at night and was shocked at how dry everything was (as well as pricey for such tiny portions)
But we decided to do breakfast there in the morning. The service was phenomenal but the food was just blah. The home fries were undercooked, the kids donuts were so dry you couldn’t eat more than a bite and nothing was tasty enough for the price is cost.
If you can skip the food then I’d say do it. But otherwise the hotel was great. I’d stay there again and eat somewhere else.
