    We recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in London, ON and were very disappointed with our experience. We chose this hotel specifically for a staycation, with the main draw being the indoor outdoor pool for our 9-month-old. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated and was far too cold to use, making it completely unusable for us. This was the primary reason we booked the hotel, so it was a major letdown. Additionally, our room was located right next to the train tracks. Trains passed multiple times during the night and woke our baby on more than one occasion, which made it very difficult to rest. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and was not worth the cost. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children.

    Room was great, nicely decorated and very clean. Staff and amenities were also excellent. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The only negative would be the cost and location. Very pricey and not in a great area of London. Having the Kelloggs Lane restaurants and activities attached in the building was nice though.

    Stayed one night and went to Papi’s steak house. Room looked nice and restaurant was good. The gentleman who helped bring our things to the room was pleasant and helpful. Room was next to parking lot, which was loud during the day but less busy at night. Hotel restaurant service and food was mediocre at breakfast. My husband left his suit jacket in the room by mistake when we checked out. We called to follow up multiple times and never heard back on the inquiry, it appears that someone with the hotel stole it. We would expect better from a pretty nice hotel, generally you can get back things accidentally left in the room since they know who checked in last to the room. If you stay multiple nights, would be afraid of theft given our poor experience with this.
