Charming, Spacious Home, just blocks from beautiful Downtown Lockport! This remodeled gem has all hardwood floors, large bedrooms, 3 King Beds, and much more! The dining room comfortably serves 10. The full service, eat-in kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops and tons of cabinets. Serve a large group with ease! The living room and each bedroom have HD TV's. A full size washer and dryer is in the laundry area. Fast Wi-fi, private parking, and a furnished patio.



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire house except the garage and any locked closets



Other Things to Note:

If you need extra supplies please plan to pick up any extra items needed items needed during your stay.

We provide a starter pack with the following items:

- one roll of paper towels

- one extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom

- two extra garbage bags

- two dish washer pods

- laundry soap



Please remember that you will be staying in a privately owned house, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our home with respect. If any problems that arise, we will do our best to attend to these situations ASAP!

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of the building is monitored 24/7 by recording security cameras covering the front and back of the and the driveway.

We provide parking for up to 4 cars. Please do not park in the grass.

The maximum house capacity is 14 people. Unauthorized parties, guests, and events are house rule violations and will result in fines / fees and immediate cancellation of booking without refund. We value the safety and security of all our guests.



Please be aware, that as the seasons change, we get the occasional bug. We do have professional pest service which sprays regularly around the house. If you happen to see them, we can came out and spray or call our service and have them come out. That said, we will not be giving refunds for something we cannot 100% prevent.



PET RULES:

We have a $75 pet fee. If we have to clean up after your pet we will charge additional. This includes service animals as well.

We must be notified if you have animals, even if they are service animals. Animals must not be left unattended unless they are crated. They cannot be left loose alone in the house.

Note: You must be 21 or older to book. All adults must provide a photo of your D.L. or State ID upon request.



CHECKOUT:

- Place used towels on bathroom floor

- Kindly scrape off food from plates, place in dish washer and start it.

- Gather trash and place in outside bins.

- Turn off all lights, fans and tv's.

- Lock entry doors on your way out. Thank you.
