Poor Experience.

The customer service was very poor and the young man that was at the front desk was not very help no friendly he was not courteous he was not happy he was very mad he made me feel like I did something to him and I did nothing to him he did not engage in the hotel policy. the oner all experience was very poor.

I’ll book with this hotel again. My stay was very comfortable and met all my needs after leaving a hotel that was terrible with roaches. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly, professional and polite. Thank you so much for your service.

There’s never anyone in the front desk! I waited a good minute before someone finally came to check me in. Then I tried taking a nap but there were noisy kids running up and down the hallway. Also it was as if there every room was throwing a party! There was loud music coming from almost every room. I called the front desk to try to get some order on the floor but as usual there was no one in the front desk! I had to check out earlier than my scheduled checkout time and I waited 30 minutes for someone to attend to me at the front desk before having to leave me hotel room card on the computer keyboard and walking out since no one was available! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

It was a nice hotel and staff was friendly but the breakfast wasn't good at all that would be a 1 star. We got donuts for the next day. Lots of people look at that as important because it saves time in the early hours and saves a little money and these days every dollar matters. Overall it's a nice place but I can't say it's a 5 star

I showed up after check in time my room wasn’t ready, they stated they hadn’t even been cleaned yet. I asked when will it be available they didn’t even have a clue nor could they give me a refund… never booking again at this location!

Our room was not ready on arrival after check in time.. We were offered another room which we took and it looked fine when we went in about 4;30 but soon found out the toilet would not flush properly and was ready to over-flow. Called desk and Val told me no maintenance on duty. Told them we needed to move room if they couldn’t fix the toilet… We were moved to another room. It was similar to the room we booked and we could make it work. Not the front desk person’s fault. Only person on duty and swamped with people checking in. I feel the hotel needs to have more than one person on duty and maintenance on duty or on call 24:7!
