The service was impeccable from Rebecca on reception to Tom service and spa team it was effortless to check in both at reception and spa area and nothing was too much trouble My massage with Kelly was also superb The room was fab and the food was spot on highly recommend a stay!

We always have a lovely stay here and this is mostly down to the excellent staff who make it there mission to cater for your needs. When tou have any issues they deal with them instantly. recommendations are taken serious and of the two things i mentioned on my last visit was delighted they had been implimented. Me my wife and 7 month old son have just spent 2 nights at Rookery Hall Hotel and it was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Even getting a cot, bottle steriliser and blankets for my son. The spa treatments are also amazing and well worth the money. Highly recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again in the future.
