Great Holiday with Family ( 5 of us )

Harut Is a good host and we enjoyed our selves greatly. The apartment was well cleaned out and well situated 5 min walk to a golden sandy beach where they have free WiFi all day. Water sports and even aerobics at 11am. 20 min walk to Lorret Da Ma with lively entertainment and golden beach. We saw a free firework display on the last night. Handy bus connections to other places including Barcelona one hour away. I would recommend the apartment. Our children are 2 girls 17 yrs and boy of 19yrs who could not wait to get to the beach for WiFi and walk around the castle. Also lovely Christian Spanish speaking church with interpreter and free enter to castle to walk around at the beach Blanes a short bus ride. Washing machine worked well to clean the towels and clothes Just a small pool with no sun beds which we knew would be the case when we booked. Plenty of sun beds at the beach at a cost.

Mehr schlecht als Recht.

Auf den Bildern in Fewo sah alles so vielversprechend aus. Dazu haben wir den Vermieter extra gefragt ob eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Dies wurde ganz klar bestätigt. Als wir vor Ort waren und danach fragten teilte Er mit es gäbe nur 1 Ventilator für 2 Schlafräume. Dieser war zudem extrem verdreckt. Der Herd konnte nur auf einer Platte betrieben werden bei einschalten der 2. Platte flog immer die Sicherung für die ganze Wohnung raus. Im Bad ging nur 1 Lampe die Brause war so hart das man den Regler auf 1/4 stellen musste. Auch das Bad war sehr verschimmelt so das wir Reinigungsmittel besorgen mussten um es für die Zeit nutzen zu können. Die Betten waren zudem noch beide beschädigt. Auf Hinweis an den Vermieter Dienstags, wurde mitgeteilt das Er Sonntags vorbei kommen könne um nach einer Lösung zu schauen. 2 Tage später sind wir dann schon abgereist da haben wir auf die Lösung für 2 Tage verzichtet. Der 19 Jährige Sohn musste somit auf einer viel zu kleinen Couch schlafen so das der komplette Urlaub nur auf dem Balkon und im Schlafzimmer verbracht werden konnte. Die Balkontür war zudem nur mit mehr oder minder gewalt zu schließen und die Abflüsse liefen trotz Ablfussrein nicht ab. Der Kühlschrank wurde nicht richtig kalt und die Gläser hatten alle einen Riss. Alles in allem sind wir sehr verärgert da der Vermieter auf unsere Beschwerden nicht reagierte und diese nur zur Kenntnis nahm. Wir hätten für deutlich weniger ein anderweitiges Appartment bekommen können jedoch weiter vom Strand weg und haben uns bewusst für dieses entschieden und wurden mehr als nur enttäuscht. Wir können jedem nur abraten diese Unterkunft zu buchen. Zum Beweis haben wir auch Bilder und Videos angefertigt die wir gerne zur Verfügung stellen können.

Déco luxe mais équipement au minimum

Décoration très luxueuse mais équipement au minimum au niveau des couverts et de la vaisselle, la moitié des ampoules sont grillées dans l'appartement, pas de table à repasser ni de grille pain alors qu'ils étaient signalés dans la description. Rue assez bruyante même la nuit, plage et commerces à 5 mn à pied, très bien, wifi fonctionne très bien. Propriétaire absent toute la semaine, donc débrouillez-vous. Bref, seulement pour une semaine....

Das Appartement war im Großen und Ganzen echt top. Sauberkeit und Zustand waren okay. Das Doppelbett war spitze, das Hochbett hat bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung gequietscht. Kurz gefasst, für Jugendliche, die keinen großen Luxus brauchen empfehlenswert.

Le séjour il est très bien passée appartement propre

Le proprio été très accueillant il nous a permit de rentré plutôt à l'appartement qui été très propore pas loin de la plage la résidence est calme les voisins sont souriant et gentil aussi seul problème c'est l'eau chaude. Au bout du 2 eme douche il y a plus d'eau chaude. Et le matin le levier de la cuisine il fait des bruits.
