I would like to thank the staff providing such a great service. The rooms are kept clean and fresh towels are available on a daily basis. The only inconvenience that it may be noisy at night time, also you may be unlucky with the neighbours.

Good location to either stay in Lloret de Mar but also easy access to get out of town. Parking is cheap with the hotel but a 20-25 minute walk. There is a valet service but it wasn’t that available. Wait time was usually longer than just walking unless you are well organized and plan ahead.

We loved everything. The staff, restaurants (especially at the pool and the specialty restaurant) were fantastic and the staff were wonderful! The pool area was wonderful! Only comment would be that the coffee pods do not get refilled when the room is made up each day which felt a little odd. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay!

We have a family of 6 - we rented 2 family suites. They were roomy enough, clean with nice bathroom situations. The balcony was huge and really nice with a dining area and a lounging area. Everything was clean. Lights were on until around 11:30 at night (not in our control) and our rooms were right above the Circus Room, where a party goes on until midnight at least on the weekend nights that we stayed there. That kept the sensitive sleepers up until after midnight. It was nice to have a coffee / drinks maker in the room and 2 cans of water in the refrigerator. It would have been nice to get replenishments during our 3-night stay. The pool was clean and not overly chlorinated (I tend to be sensitive). I never got to use the infinity pool. In general, a solid 4-star hotel in accommodation and cleanliness, but I found the vibe not so warm and hospitable. We did receive courteous and adequate service.

I was with my group after a late night out. We bought some burgers and ate them in the foyer. The manager told us that we were not allowed to do this/ There is never any food available late at night. We had seen other guests eating there late at night but they were not told to do so. If they don't want us to eat there, there should have been a sign stating that fact..

Great hotel, lovely staff, my only thing I wasn't particularly happy with was breakfast, seemed chaotic, only went once and that was enough for us.

We loved this resort! The only (small) issue was a glass door on the bathroom (not much privacy)

Peut mieux faire niveau services

Points négatifs Hotel mal insonorisé. Nous entendions les jeunes parlaient dans les couloirs a 3h ou 4h du matin ou les enfants courir au dessus de nous ainsi que les femmes de ménages. Les jeux d'eau extérieur pour enfants se sont cassés le soir de notre arrivée. Ça a été réparé apres plusieurs jours. Inadmissible pour un hôtel 4.5 A votre arrivée, vous recevez des capsules de café, mais si vous en souhaitez en plus il faut payer 1.5 euros par capsule. Le sauveteur a la piscine était insupportable. Toujours à nous parler et à dire ne fait pas ça et ne fait pas ca toutes les 2 minutes. Il gâchait notre tranquillité à la piscine. Tout ferme très tôt. La salle de sport ferme à 19h30 mais des 19h20, on nous demandait de quitter car la salle de sport fermait alors que nous étions au milieu de notre exercice. Le rooftop ferme aussi tôt donc tu ne peux pas aller prendre un verre après le repas Toute la zone autour de la piscine ferme et tu ne peux pas y accéder pour te relaxer sur un transat le soir. Seuls quelques tables et fauteuils sont accessibles. Points positifs Très beau hôtel et moderne. Grand lobby La nourriture de l'hôtel est très bonne et grande variété.
