I stay here for 5 days with my family and we loved everything about the hotel from the security to workers, the hotel is always clean and there is plenty of things to do with the kids, every thing around the hotel is walkable. Brilliant hotel. Travelled with a two year old. Had a ball. Animation team were brill with an inside kids club for toddlers. Kiddie disco and a show every night reception were so helpful room was ready upon arrival at 10.30 am which was a huge plus. Gail on reception was a lady, gave our smallie a float for the pool Highly recommend. Looking at booking again for next Spring.

The stay was nice, my family loves the swimming pool. Our room was cleaned very day but not properly cleaned when we come back we can see it wasn't cleaned properly. If you dont have all inclusive. Lunch and dinner is very expensive €18.50 for Adult €12.50 for children. For all Muslims Women’s who want to come here please be advised that they have banned Burkini which was very very disappointing and the worst thing is that they dont mentioned it on their website.

Lovely stay, spacious accommodations! Front desk staff are very helpful. Clean building and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend including breakfast with stay. Easy access to Camp Nuo via city bus (paid $2.35 euro per person, bus driver’s prefer exact amount, will not give change) About 25-30 min cab ride to S. Familia Basilica ($55 Canadian). We did rent a car and parked at hotel ($12 euros per day). Safe and secure parking. Front desk staff were great giving directing and help. Transit passes would be cheaper- we didn’t have time to learn where to purchase one, so just paid cash. Don’t be alarmed by graffiti on area buildings (some people may worry it’s not a nice or safe area). My family felt safe and there were lots of people walking and socializing. Dog park can be a little noisy at times with barking dogs. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Our staying was really excellent. The hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms and cosy beds. We had our own kitchen with all the necessary staff. The hotel has pretty cute aquapark with several swimming pools. We bought FB staying and there were some unpleasant monents connected with drinks. We were not informed by the staff that the drinks are not included at all, even water. We tried to clear out this moment. But one time they said that water is for free. Next time they said that we can't take water. Everything would be great if the personnel had explained in advance what was allowed and what was forbidden. One moment was awful when my son of 10 years old poured water into a glass, one waiter said to him that he should pour it out of the glass as drinks are not included in our staying!!!

Absolutely fantastic family holiday here. We had 3 adults, 2 teenagers and one almost teen so we're concerned the apartment would be a living small. We were pleasantly surprised....a large hall area, big lounge with table and two single sofa beds and two good sized twin bedrooms plus a large bathroom and sensible kitchen. It was plenty big enough with a nice balcony although we were on the side of the building so didn't get much sun on it. Apartment was tiled so nice and cool with heating / air con that we didn't need to use in April. The hotel was very clean, check in was easy and we were given all the information we needed. 15 minute walk from the bus station with buses to the airport, Barcelona and girona for days out...bus stop to nearby towns two minutes away. Beach was a nice 15 minute walk with two other beaches slightly further. Pools were lovely... outdoor ones very quiet as they were still very cold at the beginning of April....I loved this as I had it to myself a lot of the time but some of the other members of the group stuck to the indoor pool. Didn't really bother with the entertainment....it was quite quiet on our couple of walks past but early in the year. Food....amazing.... plentiful, tasty, good variety and something to please evey. We'll worth full board with juice and hot drinks at breakfast included and pop or big water bottles e2.50 at other meals. Breakfast was fantastic. When deciding on a holiday destination, I did a lot of research before booking this hotel. And I was not disappointed. We have a great time! Food We were all inclusive. Breakfast options include, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, toast, bread rolls, typical English breakfast items, meats, cheeses and pastries. Lunch and dinner options include salads, fruits, hot freshly cooked food including pizza, fish and meat. An array of desserts/ice cream. Snack bar running throughout the day and two bars to get drinks. We were never disappointed with the food. I have a very fussy child and whilst he ate chips practically every day, he always had something different with them. Facilities Great pool area for kids. Be warned, should you choose to reserve your sunbed with towel, it’s likely they will be removed by staff if you are not on the premises. There an ample beds, you will always get one, just might not be where you want. Playground, football/basketball court. Kids club with lots of activities. My kids are 10 and 6 and had plenty to keep them entertained. Service 20 euros to use the safe which is already in the room. Staff very friendly. Loads of staff everywhere and always cleaning. Area Well placed, not in a very busy area but close enough to walk to shops and the beach. Only downside, long transfer from airport. all adults have to pay a ‘visitors’ tax. Works out to be 9 euros each, not a fortune but I knew nothing about it before arriving.

Devrait être Réservé aux familles avec enfants ( jeunes en particulier)… beaucoup de bruit ds la salle à manger, piscine intérieure chauffée déconseillée aux adultes ( terrain de jeux pour enfants !)… des créneaux horaires devraient être réservés aux adultes ?(surtout en périodes de vacances scolaires françaises !)

Bel établissement, un peu à l'écart et au calme. Superbe accueil, et belle surprise avec surclassement dans un très bel appartement 2 pièces en attique avec terrasse, superbe vue mer.Belle salle de bain, bonne literie, 2 télés etc... Buffets pour les 3 repas, bonne nourriture, très variée. Personnel très professionnel et disponible. Beaucoup d'enfants seuls pour se servir aux buffets, ce qui entraine de gros gâchis alimentaires...honteux de la part des parents !!! Parking souterrain payant, autour de 10 euros par jour, sinon parking gratuit dans la rue.

Franchement, un séjour fantastique ! L’appart-hôtel est top et les enfants ont adoré. Le complexe est superbe, avec une équipe à l’accueil vraiment géniale : ils sont très sympathiques, parlent français et répondent rapidement à toutes les demandes dans la mesure du possible mais ils font vraiment le nécessaire et je tiens vraiment à les remercier pour ça. Le restaurant en buffet à volonté est un vrai plus : chaque repas, midi comme soir, proposait un large choix de plats variés et toujours délicieux. Mention spéciale au poisson, vraiment excellent ! Côté chambre, la propreté pourrait être un peu améliorée et le confort reste correct, mais ça ne gâche pas l’expérience globale. La piscine, quant à elle, est tout simplement géniale : les enfants se sont éclatés et nous aussi. En résumé, un séjour très satisfaisant que je recommande à 200 % sans hésiter ! On reviendra sans hésitation. Encore Merci

Wir waren 1 Woche mit 2 Erw. und 2 Kindern im Hotel. Das Hauptgebäude mit Restaurant war renoviert. Wir hatten ein Appartment im noch nicht renovierten Gebäude, somit war alles schon etwas älter. Die Dusche war in der Badewanne, die Matratzen im Wohnzimmer (Einzelbetten) sehr hart und im Doppelbett sehr durchgelegen. Safe konnte man gegen eine Gebühr sich einen Schlüssel leihen. Ebenfalls konnte man Handtücher gegen eine Kaution leihen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Eigentlich hatten wir HP gebucht, aber das haben wir direkt vor Ort auf AI aufgestockt, da man sonst auch beim Essen jedes Getränk selbst zahlen müsste. So war auch eine Auswahl an Eis / Slush für die Kids mit dabei. Das Essen war recht gut und abwechslungsreich, Gläser und Teller waren leider nicht immer sauber. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Poolbereich mit div. Rutschen. Es waren mind. 4-5 Aufsichten beim Poolbereich. Einer stand immer bei der großen Rutsche und hat aufgepasst, dass genug Abstand zwischen den rutschenden Kindern war und keiner die Rutschen hochklettern konnte. Wenn es eine kleine Verletzung gab, war immer einer der Aufsichten mit Desinfektion und Pflaster zur Stelle. Es gab immer freie Liegen und der Pool war nie überfüllt. Auch zum Strand konnte man mit den Kids und Gepäck in ca. 10 Min. gut hinlaufen. Zum Hauptstrand direkt in Lloret hätte man mit den Taxi fahren müssen oder ca. 30 Min. Laufen müssen.
