Great location just yards from the Victorian pier and promenade in Llandudno, the Queen of the North Wales resorts.
Across the road are popular bars and restaurants.
The beach is 100 metres away and behind us is the Great Orme.

The space
Our first floor contemporary, bright and airy apartment has a private front door from a communal hallway and stairs shared by 2 other apartments.
Our gorgeous apartment sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and spacious ensuite Shower room.The second bedroom also has a king size bed, it is just down the hall from the lovely shower room, both bedrooms are equipped with parlux hairdryers.
The bright and airy lounge is beautifully decorated with sea views, a cosy real flame gas fire for those quite evening in, 49inch smart T.V with Freeview and fast wifi access.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, and has everything you could need for a fabulous holiday.
Outside to the rear is a lovely small, private patio area, which catches the sun much of the day, with table, chairs and sun umbrella.
Smoking is allowed on the patio. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12 years old.

The girls and my Grandson really enjoy staying at this appartment. This is the second time they have stayed there and are ready to come back next year again. Lovely Llandudno

Perfect location close to pier, prom, restaurants etc. Spotlessly clean with modern living room and kitchen. Two good shower rooms and comfy king sized beds. A big bonus is that the patio gets afternoon and evening sun.

The property was remodeled very well with modern furnishings. The kitchen had everything and was exceptionally clean. The king beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang up clothes etc. The bathrooms were very clean and the shower pressure was great. Beautiful LLandudno apartment.

This apartment is very clean, comfortable and stylish, The kitchen is well equipt and the showers in the bathrooms are powerful. It is in a perfect location, very near the pier and the Great Orme tram station. There are lots of pubs and restaurants within easy reach. We both really enjoyed our time in the aparment and would happily stay there again.

We were able to park in different streets close by,but never by the apartment.At the top of ad it said washer and dryer, but there was only washer, which was dissapointing as we had to use a local launderette.The beds were very comfortable and the showers had good pressure We live in Canada, but if we were to come to Llandudno again we would definitely like to stay here again.Great communication with the hosts. This property is outstanding and one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Check was easy and simple. Limed car parking around the area but only cost 13 for over night in the multi story. Each room was very clean and tidy and done out superbly. The outside area was also lovely. In a great location to the attractions and the pub opposite is brilliant. We had noisy neighbours in apartment 3, shouting and banging does till 3am. After contacting David the owner the next morning it was sorted within the hour which was brilliant. Check out was easy and simple too. David and Susie are great hosts and couldn’t do enough for you. We can’t wait to return

Fantastically situated, extremely clean & exceptionally equipped.

My Mum & I stayed for 3 nights! We felt like we were staying at home.. clean, well equipped for every eventuality. Iron, with board, hairdryer. Fully kitted out kitchen. We didn’t need to take anything. Our only minor issue was no terrestrial TV as mum likes her morning & evening news fix but that’s not such a bad thing in my eyes :-) Fabulous selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment & I can highly recommend The Seahorse for a fish supper. Literally 2 minutes to the promenade. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Great North Wales Property By the Sea

A very well maintained and equipped apartment in a prime area of Llandudno, with the waterfront less than a five minute walk away. We stayed for nine nights, with scenic walks, restaurants, shops and local bus service all conveniently within easy walking distance. The train station is also walkable and has direct service to Manchester Airport and many locations in Wales. The apartment itself worked well with adjustable heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen and good wifi. There was plenty of space for yoga movements and our things. We loved eating our meals by the big bay window overlooking the street as we watched the street life of dog walkers, joggers, painters and other faces of a healthy community. Our host, Susie, was very responsive to our few questions, both before and during our stay. We highly recommend the property.
