Cute cottage

Unfortunately we were there during a rare heat wave. Only a/c in one room. Too hot to enjoy several lovely outdoor seating areas. Two of us did go out in back to fish the creek. It's a quiet street just off the main drag in Livingston Manor so great location. Very clean when we arrived and yard is well cared for. They let us check in an hour early which was nice. We'd stay there again!

Cottage for fly fishing the Catskills

Very nice,clean accomodations. Well equipped kitchen. Would consider rebooking for next year.
