Really lovely stay. The design of the hotel is really nice, instantly feels like a calm relief from the city. Rooms felt new and modern... there were great touches in the room like a coffee machine and complimentary flavoured water in the fridge. Staff made check in really easy and were very friendly. Very nice hotel - lobby area was particularly pleasant. Rooms were very pleasant - neat and tidy. Staff was super friendly - they made our kids feel very much at home. The only issue with the hotel was the terrible service at the restaurant for dinner, with the waitresses being super slow and inattentive and essentially not seeming to care at all about delivering even just a bit of decent service to dinner guests (breakfast staff was very attentive, however).
