Had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Hotel itself is lovely with gorgeous decor, clean and good facilities. Customer service was excellent - every single member of staff we met was fantastic - super helpful and went above and beyond to answer any questions or provide help when needed. We wanted a nice place to stay in Liverpool for the match. It was a special weekend for our son. The hotel was lovely but my goodness the room was tight space wise. We booked a premium room w/ balcony in the top floor with two large beds. It was so tight we had to keep our clothes packed and keep things very neat so we had some floor space to move around. It was a nice room with the city view but I wouldnt say it was premium given the tiny size. Breakfast was nice and fast, staff very nice too.

Beautiful stay

Room was fantastic, equipped well and clean. The young lady on the front desk she was very kind (not sure of name she had lashes on though), and the gentlemen who escorted us to the lift was helpful and attentive at all times. The restaurant had a beautiful tree at Christmas time and it is not too far from the centre.

Great hotel, loved the whole place, room very contemporary but still cosy. So we'll fitted out. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Restaurant was surprisingly good, excellent food. Great location. We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing stay! From the first moment they were polite profession and went above & beyond to accommodate anything we required. My wife is dairy free & they were so accommodating. Sitting down and going through the breakfast options available. We will be returning soon.

Beautiful hotel in a great city location. Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed with our dog who the staff made feel very welcome. Room was fab, modern and trendy. Proper milk and nice wine glasses in room we a great addition. Would highly recommend and we will stay again.

Modern, comfortable stay with short walk to centre

Short walk from Liverpool One and Docks. Modern hotel with contemporary public areas and rooms. Comfortable beds. Fantastic shower. Food in the restaurant was good, although the dinner main course dishes were more tapas size (and in all fairness priced as such), but was not clear on the menu. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
