Very misleading, booked an executive twin room (supposed to be recently refurbished) was put in a single room with no windows located between the stairway and the lift. More like a closet with bed and a toilet. After complaining was moved to a dilapidated twin room. Room was not serviced had to request fresh towels. Feels like a scam planned to take advantage of the event happening in town during our stay.

We stayed while at a wedding in town and the room was horrible, hole in the wall plastered over and not painted , flies in the room , when we opened the bathroom window it was to a fire escape covered in pigeon poo and the pigeons tried getting in the bathroom and they kept us awake all night as they were sat there 6 feet from where we were sleeping .
