Room - the bed extremely to soft and the bathroom lacked adequate lighting and water faucet for the shower was installed wrong causing me to have an extremely cold shower. The room was to be handicapped accessible but was not. My husband is vision impaired and dark color walls and poor lighting makes it hard on him moving around in a room.

The room was ok...the sheets were inside and torn....ask for extra pillows, staff said they were on the way.... never seen the pillows.the breakfast was not appetizing, actually there wasn't much. Would have been best to offer just Continental breakfast. During checkout the young man gave no eye contact when I handed him the room key, he was more engaged with whatever was on his phone.

Every thing was clean and quiet. Food and variety was good. Attendants were polite and helpful. Parking was good. Overall - all was good. Suggestion for any change would be to have taller toilets; they are just too low for adults. Bedding was very nice and clean. I would recommend your lodging to others.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. There was no soap in shower. Bed cover had a cigarette burn hole in it. Shower faucet was not sealed and secure at connection to bathtub, and to turn on shower, the mechanism was terrible design for life of faucet and enabling adjustment to shower operation. Main elevator needs maintenance and better cleaning. I imagine very soon the doors will stick close or open. Not a terrible stay at all, but I expected more for the money.
