The floors in the room haven't been mopped in months and the bottom of my socks were black from the fifth, the coffee pot was filled with old coffee and an old coffee packet the locking mechanism on the door was sketchy at best and then when I went to the dining room to get a cup of coffee at 10 minutes till 9:00 the staff had removed all the coffee cups.

Room was nasty and had visible trash on bathroom floor. Bathroom door knob and hair drier was broken. We had an early morning appt and had to go with wet hair. Found a dead bed bug. Floors were so sticky. We didn’t want to take our shoes off. Room stayed too hot all night even with a lowered temperature. We got NO sleep. Dirty towels on back of bathroom door that someone else had used. Empty Kleenex box still in container on bathroom sink. We will never stay here again. GROSS!! Need to get better housekeeping.

The front desk lady wasn't really nice I got my key went to the room to find out when I go in and tried to lock the door it wouldn't so I went back down she told me I can put the lil door lock across the door I informed her it wasn't one on the door she was so rude about the situation

When I arrived I rang the buzzer, outside of the hotel because doors are locked, for about 15-20 mins and NO ONE ANSWERED. I had to call the hotel just to get someone to come to the front desk and let me in. Which when I walked back to the front lobby door there STILL was NO ONE!!! She took about 5 more mins to come. There were several missing light bulbs. I had no towels. Paint was splattered all over. The fridge was broke. There was no coffee pot. I paid for a suite and was put in a broke down regular room. It looked COMPLETELY different than the rooms I saw on the 1st floor. The closet was LITERALLY broken off the wall and there wasn’t a bar to hang my clothes from.
