Absolutely terrible - lost the cost and moved

Desk person was very kind but we were put into a smoking room when we had requested a non smoking. There wasn't anything in the room but the bed, fridge and a desk chair. It was like a jail cell. No coffee maker. Refrigerator was old and filthy. Towels were the same. The bed was the worst I've ever slept on - felt the platform right through the mattress. The only positive was the toilet and shower were clean. We checked out immediately, lost the cost of the room and checked into another hotel across the parking lot. We will definitely leave feedback with hotels.com.

This was by far my worse stay-over EVER while dealing with Motel 6! I’ve been reserving rooms and staying at this SAME MOTEL over the last 3+ years. And NEVER had i been so insulted / humiliated / nor belittled by security and personnel staff!!
