The Hotel was perfect, the room was very clean, it is very quiet building, so you can sleep in peace, the Staff very kind and helpful if you ask about restaurants or what to do around the area. Staff was very nice upon check in. However it would have been nice to be notified the pool was closed. We had two children with us and one had surgery at Children’s we had hoped the other would be able to swim to keep him occupied. We then had an emergency and had to leave early and no refund was offered.
