Before I first arrived I had called and asked if their was any available parking in front of the hotel so I could check in and bring some luggage in and I was told yes their is available pull up parking in front of the hotel. When I got to the hotel this wasn’t the case. I parked a long ways away and made multiple trips to get my luggage. Then I had toilet issues I called the front desk and they said they would bring me a plunger in 5 to 10 mins. I checked out the following day and it still hadn’t showed up yet. I couldn’t use my toilet and it still hadn’t been addressed yet. I’m very disappointed especially with how much this hotel stay was.

Had some issues with the TV working, the Maintenance man did everything to fix the problem. The fridge work great, would have liked to have a micro in the room. The staff keep the room spotless and the lady at the front desk were vwry friendly

Everything about my stay was so easy! Sharonda at the front desk was peak customer service and made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. Everything about the hotel was so clean and so nice and very comfortable! Also love that it’s literally next to flying fish! 10/10 would stay again and again

The room was spacious. I had to go to the lobby to get sheets and a pillow for the pullout bed. They tv volume, even as 100, was like a soft whisper. I called to see if they could send maintenance, they never showed, find out at check out nothing was ever recorded about my request. The pillows suck, but this is almost every hotel these days.

Great location but not enjoyable stay.

Staff was friendly and it is in a good location. The beds and pillows were not comfortable, kept running out of hot water, and asked for extra blankets and was told that there was none. Did run into a housekeeper the next day and asked her for some extra towels and she was friendly and brought them to us immediately.

More than anything else the staff and personnel were EXCELLENT ! Everyone we interacted was polite, happy, and went above and beyond to assist. My wife and I have stayed at over 100 hotels and this staff is one of the best we ever encountered. Please make sure they have a chance to see this review.
