The breakfast was the same thing every day for a week. There were no fresh fruits or healthy options. The cups used for the waffles wouldn't fill the waffle maker. There was never anyone at the front desk, they had a doorbell and you had to wait. The construction around the hotel should have been posted on the website. It made travel in and out very difficult for people not familiar with the area.

I usually stay here and have always been placed in a ground floor room on this stay they put me in an upstairs room stating that all they have are rooms with whirlpool bath but they have put me in one of those rooms every time I have stayed here.

When I booked the room, nothing stated that the rate was only for a second floor room. We weren’t told that until we arrived at the hotel and there is no elevator. The person checking us in didn’t seem to understand English very well and couldn’t really answer our questions well. The rooms were nice and the property was clean and well lit, but the surroundings didn’t feel too safe. There was an empty lot across from our room with shopping carts all under a tree like vagrants might have been staying there. The fitness equipment didn’t work. The stair stepper wouldn’t turn on, the bicycle had no resistance, and the treadmill kept stopping. I read in other reviews that the breakfast was great, but it was below average for a hot breakfast. Typical pre-cooked eggs in a flat round shape, sausage and cold biscuits. No real healthy options except Cheerios. No fruit, no oatmeal or grits, no yogurt. There was a waffle maker. The bed was also worn out. We have been traveling for 2 weeks and this was the worst hotel of the whole trip.
