Staff were busy, but they were handling the pressure efficiently. Sanjeta and Hani (not sure I spelt their names right) were friendly and very supportive. Staff like them will make one choose Leonardo hotel always. They make you feel welcome and at home.

Lucky if you get water and biscuits …..

Pot luck with quality of rooms in Leonardo but certainly some dramatically worse than others. After multiple business stays this week had no water or biscuits in the round all my colleagues bar one (also on the 5th floor) had water and biscuits which I had come to expect as standard …… queried it with the night manager who advised it was just ‘luck’ if you get them from the cleaners ….. guess I’ve been lucky over the last 5 years! Real lack of customer service, poor unknowledgable bar staff think we will be taking business bookings somewhere else …..

Leonardo Hotel has an excellent and helpful front desk staff and everyone we encountered had a smile and was very kind. Our room was very comfortable and had air conditioning!! Illy coffee is fabulous!

Please note day was awful. The boiler cup next door was very noisy. We were in room 817. The guest opposite the room were very noisy most of the night so didn’t get any sleep. There was a huge stain on the carpet by the window which hadn’t been removed. You were given an upgrade but it didn’t seem like an upgrade so I would hate to imagine what a standard room looks like. I was appreciated of the upgrade if the condition of the room had been clean and not next to a noisy boiler room.
