Fantastic stay, great staff. Ala, the team manager and staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. Lovely to see happy staff who enjoy their work and nothing was to much trouble for them. Ala, as soon as he greeted us and heard that we were Welsh, he actually said a few Welsh words to us! Very impressive 😃 Great hotel and very relaxing, in the centre of the hub. We will be back. “Diolch” for our great stay. ❤️

Great hotel

This was my 2nd stay with Moxy Milton Keynes and both were great. The room is very comfy and has working AC which is so vital this summer. The staff are always very helpful and welcoming. I love the complimentary cocktail at check in. Nice touch! The hotel is located in a perfect spot which has access to tons of food options, a sainsbury across the street and is very close to the train station.

The ac was broken wasn’t told prior to visit or at the lobby when checking in. Horrible for me as I’m expecting and needs a cool room. Over heating the whole time and room felt like a sauna

Do not use hotel parking

Hotel is fine. This a warning about the hotel parking. It's run by a third party company that will send you a fine of £60 if you stay more than 15mins without paying. But it's not that simple. You have to pay on an app. And there's no phone signal under the hotel. By the time I'd given up and gone to checkin to ask how to pay for parking, I was told it was probably fully booked. By then I was already over the 15mins. Staff can't do anything as the hotel has sold the parking rights to a third party parking company. Sure enough, £100 fine for 20mins parking arrived after my stay (£60 if you pay quick). Use public parking opposite the hotel.

When we got there to check in the ladie behind the desk was so helpful and help us with places to eat in the evening and told us where the closest shopping centre was.
