I would like to request a refund I was given one queen bed for a family of 4 I had to go buy mattress cause they won’t accommodate that The pull up bed was stained and dirty with rice on it , they won’t give us blankets , they promote a pool but when we arrived we learned that it has been out of order for months .. extremely uncomfortable stay . I requested a refund they stated that orbitz missed up as I had originally booked two queen beds but orbits changed it

3rd floor was wreaking of burned food when we checked in and entered the third floor from the elevator. We requested another floor which was granted. Rooms are clean however the A/C unit had a strong musty smell and made enough noise to keep us awake. A towel rack on the bathroom apparently was loosely attached to the wall which detached and fell on my wife’s foot leaving a purple swollen toe. My wife reported it but all the concerns were regarding the loose towel rack which was repaired. Zero concern for my wife’s swollen toe which made walking challenging for her. The continental breakfast was good each morning we stayed. We will not return to this hotel. I’d strongly advise against staying there.

Very accommodating- great staff

I extended a night and they let me keep my king room even though I booked a queen for the second night bc I had kitty with me and a big chore to move everything and check into a different room. It was seamless.

It was an okay stay. The toilet is too low. If you’re going to do that, then put in grab bars. Tissue quality was very low grade. And, why would I have to put in two entry cards to open the door? My headboard shook everytime someone used the outside door.
