My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay! Manuel was extremely helpful and kind, and even went above and beyond to explain the metro routes and suggestions around the area. The only unpleasant part about our stay was the black mold on the shower walls and roof. Aside from that our stay was great!

Lovely hotel, was accommodated really well by the manager of the property Manuel, and I felt so safe throughout. Additionally, it's easily walkable to the metro, bus stops and other places.

Our hosts, Manuel and Ana were friendly and very helpful with suggestions. Room was comfortable and quiet. Shared bathrooms were not an issue with other guests. Great to have use of refrigerator space in the kitchen for our food for following day outing. Location was great. Out of the bustle of the tourist areas. Walking distance from the metro. Walking distance from the train to Sintra. Mini-mercado (grocery store) a couple of doors down and a street cafe at the corner. A full Mercator is across the street in the mall. Breakfast was plentiful. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again next time in Lisbon.

Lovely stay

Both Anna and Manuel were so helpful and welcoming. If you have any questions about the area, what to do or how to get to x, y or z, they are great people to ask. The place itself was easy to find and clean. The breakfast offered a selection of pastries, cereals and cold cuts as well as a range of teas, coffee, milk and orange juice. I would stay again :)

Spacious, clean room with bath and balcony. Comfortable bed and shower with good water pressure. Anna and Davci the daytime caretakers are very helpful and friendly. Also, it was great having access to a full, modern kitchen and comfortable community room. A very good value.

Good place for a fraction of the cost

Decent place, good service and friendly staff. My issue was we were not given any instructions on where to go. The B&B was located on the 4th floor of the building but there’s no sign outside so it took us awhile to locate the place. Once we got in we have no code so we press the buzzer, it would have been difficult if our flight got delayed more or late arrival. I talked to staff and she told me she forwarded all check in instructions to hotel.com but I never got those. Across the B&B is the arena pequeño that has a variety of fast foods located at the lower ground, also cinema and stores. So convenient for shopping the essentials!

Great Stay!

Great breakfast and very clean! Communication with the owners was excellent! Hannah was so helpful with advice on things to see, how to use public transportation, etc. Great location to bus, metro and trains. Highly recommend!
