The description of the property is deceiving. You walk down an alley that is lined with people smoking crack. When you get to the hotel you have to walk up a steep flight is stairs to get to reception desk. Once there you can ask if there is an elevator and told quite rudely no there is not. There were 3 of us traveling 2 in our 60s with back and knee issues. I asked if there was someone that could help with our bags and once again rudely told NO. They boost that the rooms are soundproof I could the guests in the next room use the washroom. Also could hear the drug addicts outside fighting in the middle of the night.

No elevator made getting in and out of our 4th floor room very hard. I’m over 65 and climbing stairs is difficult. I almost slipped in the shower due to slippery surface. They should do better. They did not leave a good supply of clean towels when cleaning.

The room was nicer then I expected. Right in the city center close to the metro and shops and restaurants. Also enjoyed the daily breakfast. I would stay here again. Only downfall I would say is the stairs. After a long day of walking around the city would be nice to have an elevator. Staff were weee fantastic as well

Friendly and helpful staff were very flexible with our departure date when we had an unforeseen event. Excellent breakfast, clean and quiet facility in a great walkable part of Lisbon. Our view of the square was lovely. Fyi, the entrance doesn't face the main square, but is behind in the alley. Reception is up a flight of stairs, but there are staff who helped with our bags. I would definitely stay here again.

Old, but clean. No elevator. Very basic room. Noisy location, but convenient to all things tourist. Decent breakfast. All staff were helpful. They organize shuttle to airport (32.50 Euro). Good for the price. Felt safe.

The hotel was in a good location to a lot of things to see, but it had homeless and people going drugs in and around the hotel. Also I picked it due to the picture and it’s the backside and the entrance is small and in an alleyway. Also no elevator.

Location is excellent. Many restaurants are around the hotel. I like this hotel except no elevator. Reception is on the second floor and our room was third floor, actually 4th floor because in Europe ground level is “0”. Any guests had hard time to up and down each time.
