Excellent value for money, clean room with a large comfy bed and good bathroom. Staff were friendly and you are within walking distance of all the major sites. Can get a little noisy at times in the streets below but you are in Bairro Alto which has a bustling nightlife, a great base for a city break.

Good location in Bairro Alto, lots of bars, cafes & restaurants within walking distance. Spotless room & comfortable nights sleep. We were put in an annexe with a separate entrance, I think because we chose room only & didn't choose breakfast. The room did seem a little dated but adequate. I wouldn’t stay during the summer here, there’s no a/c only a fan.

Good location, and perfect if you’re looking for a safe, walkable place. It’s nearby plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as bars and nightlife in the evening, and is a block off of a “main” road if you’re concerned about walking backstreets late. Breakfast was diverse and always available on time, and the staff were friendly and receptive; they also spoke English which was great as someone that knows no Portuguese.

Very noisy had to use the fan due to lack of AC Fan is extremely noisy also a lot of street noise and had to leave the windows open again because of the heat Therefore could not sleep

Staff were lively and very helpful. Very walkable location. Our showerhead was covered in mould and there was a lot of noise from the escape room next door and the road right outside our window. No aircon but this is my fault for not checking, there was a fan in the room though. Overall it was fine and comfortable for a few days. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Staff, great. Property, unique. Clean! But, noisy, one night until 5am. Escape room on bottom floor may be the cause. Also access and steepness of roads hard for seniors. Our unit not even acessible to the rest of hotel, with steep road access only. Not a good choice for us as seniors.

Great introduction to Portugal! Staff was helpful and friendly. Basic amenities. We found the location very walkable to local attractions. We visited on a Friday and Saturday night, so lots of city nightlife.

Great location! Very nice recreation people, very helpful and welcoming. Good location uber accessible. Clean and smell good. The only thing is no air conditioner so if you coming in the summer conditioner it. We went on October so we live everything!
