Your hotel offers bare bone basics including customer service. 2 out of 3 employees were smoking AT the front door failed to notify of the designated residential parking, got my car clamped with $140 fine(hotel guy claimed he didn't see us arriving in a car as most of the people arrive on foot or Uber- not a real explanation) Also, when asked why the 4 of us weren't advised on the parking regulation he wasn't interested in discussing much of the details and carried on with his emails (ignoring my conversation with him) TRAIN your staff properly so it's not coming out of my expense to train them. Other hotels at least treat their guests with "welcome to our hotel and so on” good luck with your business when you don't treat your guests with ultimate care and respect. I will be requesting your hotel to cover my parking bill due to improper introduction of your hotel and the areas
