Situated on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs, our apartment provides a peaceful and authentic Lisbon experience, with proximity to the city's main attractions, dining options, and transportation hubs. It's an excellent choice for travellers looking to explore Lisbon's rich cultural heritage and enjoy a comfortable stay in a charming neighbourhood.

The living room features a convertible sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a connected area to the kitchen and a balcony, perfect for unwinding.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second room has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Alcântara is a dynamic and evolving neighbourhood in Lisbon, offering a mix of history, culture, and contemporary living. It is a lively and diverse neighbourhood located along the Tagus River in Lisbon, Portugal and combines historical charm with a modern, creative atmosphere.

This waterfront district boasts historic landmarks, a thriving cultural scene, and a vibrant nightlife. Accessible and well-connected, Alcântara also offers green spaces and a wide range of dining options. With attractions such as the Águas Livres Aqueduct, LX Factory, and Tapada das Necessidades, it's a dynamic area that appeals to residents and visitors seeking a multifaceted urban experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Belem, is just a 12-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
