The property is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs.

The living room features a comfortable single sofa bed, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for three.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the property is equipped with a washing machine, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Arroios is centrally located, making it an ideal base for exploring Lisbon. It is well-connected by public transportation, including metro stations, buses, and trams.

The area is rich in cultural institutions, art galleries, and theatres. The presence of street art and murals adds to the vibrant cultural scene.

Torel Garden is a beautiful hilltop park offering panoramic views of the city. It’s a great place for a leisurely walk or picnic.

The parish boasts a diverse culinary scene with a wide range of restaurants serving Portuguese, African, Asian, and Middle Eastern cuisines. Food markets and street food vendors are also popular.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Arroios, is just a 7-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is an 11-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
