Garrett apartments were great! SUCH an easy check-in process, concierge was friendly and helpful, and the room itself was perfect. It had literally all you needed and i LOVED our balcony! The location was incredible; truly at the HEART of Lisbon and made our time in the city so wonderful.

location is great. the check in machine at the lobby was broken and cannot take credit card which is annoying, according to staff (who was really rude) at check and other guests I talked to, this was a known issue but not no one seems care to fix it.

I would absolutely stay here again. The staff was great -- responsive and helpful. Perfect location, close to almost anything you would want to do. Metro and lots of restaurants nearby, including one gelato place next door and one across the street. Apartment is small but more than sufficient. If you are coming to Lisbon for more than one or two nights, I highly recommend Garrett 48 apartments.

It’s walkable, but it’s very hilly. I did not expect it to be so hilly, but after a day or two it was OK. Our favorite staff member was Diogo, who was especially nice and responsive to our needs. Sometimes the street noise was pretty loud, we faced the street- but these are small apartments and the bedroom is set back and little living room/kitchenette was facing the street. We loved it!

It’s close to everything. For the price, there are much better options. The ac made a very weird sound when it was on, and the only time it could be on is when you’re inside.

The people working there are excellent. Amazingly helpful. The room is nice, but its not a true king or queen size bed. 2 twins smashed together. Nice view and when you walk out, you're in the middle of old town. Building is always clean and well kept.

Nice apartment but terrible service

The apartment itself was clean, neat, and well located. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience for a couple reasons. First, the property manager was not on-site as promised in our communication. When we buzzed the door she let us know we could do the automatic check-in process. However, the machine didn't recognize any of our credit cards and we had to wait for her to come to the property to check us in. They billed me for the entire amount while Hotels.com said I had already paid a deposit, so that was another issue. The property manager had not left additional sheets and cover for the couch/twin bed so we had to request that late at night and didn't receive a response for an hour. Also I had complained about the noise from the next building and even though they tried to address this with the store next door it was still loud at night when we returned to the apartment. I was told when I tried multiple ways to contact the manager that I needed to go to the outside buzzer (on the street) if I wished to communicate with her. The phone number they had had two 00 in front for some reason and she didn't seem to like that I called the number directly on my phone and tried WhatsApp when I didn't get a response. I also got asked why I would need additional sheets when "it's only two people." Frankly it's none of her business. Hasn't she ever traveled with a friend who snores? Or had someone who just wanted their space? That's why we rented the apartment in the first place.
