Everything can be found at discounted prices, such as clothing, military uniforms, ceramics, glass, office supplies, old coins, vinyls, CDs, footwear, photographs, furniture and everything that the imagination can conceive; Visit the Church of São Vicente de Fora and the National Panteão; At the viewpoints of Portas do Sol, Santa Luzia, Graça and Senhora do Monte, contemplate the beauty of the Tejo river and the city of Lisbon; - Admire the beautiful view of St. George's Castle and the Lisbon Cathedral; Visit the Fado Museum, a place to learn more about this form of musical expression full of tradition and so markedly Portuguese.



How to get from the airport? Easy! Take the subway to Alameda, than the 735 bus till Rua Washington. From there it is only 2 minutes walk. Depending on how much luggage you are carrying, you can also take the taxi from there; important is to know that the taxi to the airport is between 10 and 12 euros maximum.



The best way to get around Lisbon is to buy an VIVA CARD when you arrive as this gives you cheap trips on all the metros, buses and trains. I tend to go by buses everywhere as you can see so much and it is a delight to do so. There are bus stops all about 1 to 2 minutes walk from my home, and, there are buses about every 5/10 minutes.
