The large living room has a flat-screen TV and a large window that invites you to relax on the sofa or chaise longue, enjoying the view over the bustle of the boulevard and the small garden in front of the apartment.

L'appartement est en mauvais état. Les chaises, canapés so.t très sales. Le sol est profondément rayé. Manque de verres, cuillères. Pas d'etente pour le linge. Pas de clés pour les poubelles. La porte d'entrée ne fonctionne pas.
