This is a smoke free home with a great location close to the Saginaw Bay for fishing and waterfowl hunting. The waters off Linwood in the Saginaw Bay are known for their excellent perch and walleye fishing. Nayanquing Point State Wildlife Area is just a couple miles away and has tens of thousands of ducks, swans, geese, wading birds, shorebirds, raptors, and songbirds migrate through Nayanquing Point SWA each fall and spring. Franks Great Outdoors is right across the street for all your fishing and hunting needs. Linwood Beach Marina is just a few miles away to launch your boat or hire a fishing charter. This 2-bedroom house has 2 twin xl beds in each bedroom, including a full bathroom with shower. Washer and dryer. Wi-Fi with internet and a 60-inch flat screen in the living room. We stayed for a fishing trip on the Saginaw bay what a beautiful place super clean and very well taken care of we will be back! The couch was amazingly comfortable and so was all the bedding.

One thing we really liked about the place was the ability to park a boat there as we were there to go fish the Saginaw bay. It had a place to clean fish/game and a man cave - couldn't really ask for more given our goals.
