Checkin was easy, quick & friendly. Room was nice & beds comfortable. Only complaint is there was no water in the morning for showers (some sort of outage) so we went on to breakfast then the water was back on when we got back but we needed to leave so went ahead and checked out. The water outage was the only issue/inconvenience. Desk clerk was very apologetic.

The woman at the front counter when I checked in late at night was so sweet and helpful. She was just a pleasure to speak to. I loved just chatting with her. She made me feel safe when I needed that! I just wanted her to know how much I appreciated her!

The kitchenette area in the room. The light did not work. The water literally shut down completely on us twice during our showers and the water just dribbled out out of the bathroom sink once for a minute or so then came back strong so the water pressure is unreliable

I’ve stayed here dozen times or so. Check in was rude and room was dirty. Sheets had food or something on them. We left at 9:30 pm and didn’t go back
