The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived until we left, and I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. The only thing I would have liked was a breakfast with something more Latin American, but oh well, it's understandable since we're in the United States, and that's just how it is. But otherwise, everything was spectacular.

The room was extremely clean, they brought a pack n play for our infant daughter right away and they were super friendly. Great hotel to stay! Will come back again when in the area. P.s. their pool wasn’t freezing like other pools we’ve been to at other hotels, so our 3 and 1 year old had so much fun playing in the water!
