The right hand side unit of this duplex, Bourbon on the Hill has two cozy bedrooms, one featuring a queen bed and the second features a full. Bourbon on the Hill also offers guests a full kitchen, washer & dryer, living room views to Downtown Frankfort, and just a short commute to live like a local and experience all of Kentucky's finest. An iron and ironing board come with this unit for all of those important events and photos. Residents will enjoy heat and air conditioning during their stay. Some issues
The code was showing on the wall next to the door which made us feel less than safe. I tried to contact the owner and he never responded. The sofa smelt like someone peed in it. The bedroom close to the kitchen had a mold smell. But the most worrying issue was the shower that was in the bathtub was on a platform with no rail to hold on to in order to get out safely. Otherwise we enjoyed the house.

Adorable and comfortable stay in a good location
The rooms were very comfortable and it fit our party of 3 adults very comfortably. We enjoyed the balcony area. The location was very convenient to a number of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Capitol Business
Myself and a fellow realtor stayed here for convenience to the Capitol. We had a meeting with many legislators and this location was perfect!! It gave a spot to sleep and a perfect spot to come back to in the middle of the day for our 1-2 hour downtimes. The check-in was super easy! And the little touches (cute/thoughtful snacks, WELL stocked toiletries in the bathroom, etc) made the place feel very welcoming.
