The room was fine. But they had not cleared their parking lot after a winter storm (every other business around them had) and their ENTIRE parking lot was a hazardous 3 inch sheet of ice. I was driving a uhaul with a trailer behind and it got stuck trying to turn around because of the ice. I arrived late and the night clerk barely understood English and refused to help me. I finally managed to get out of the parking lot into the neighboring business lot, many others were parked there too I think. It was 330 am before I could get to sleep i was so stressed. Then in the morning I went to get breakfast and they had the whole area chained off at 9 am (they said breakfast went until 930). The desk clerk finally came out from a back room and offered to make me a waffle. He brought out the waffle dispenser and squeezed a single waffle out for me. There was no bread, pastries, oatmeal, zero food. Only a little juice in the fridge. He retrieved some yogurt from a back room for me. no hot water, no coffee made. It was like they hoped nobody would want breakfast.
