The attendant who checked me in was great. Friendly, helpful and quick. He even took my husband's name so they could give him a card when he was to arrive later. The room was clean and comfortable. The reason for loosing a star is that when my hubby arrived, the note was not there and the attendant who had taken over, gave him quite a hard time. Then when he finally gave him a key after presenting ID, spelling names for him etc., the card key didn't work. The front desk guy wanted my husband to call me or knock to wake me. He FINALLY let my husband into the room. He had my exhausted husband very frustrated.

Room was clean and had an accessible shower as requested. Easily checked in and out. Bed was clean and comfortable. Totally adequate for a good nights rest. Other guests were quite noisy in hallways.

Main women's bathroom door doesn’t close,towel bar in room 200 falls off the wall,black spots on bathroom wall either needs to be cleaned or painted over,wall hook just left on top of toilet,without be fixed! Most of this is small stuff but should be looked into by management

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet in the room was visibly dirty and turned our socks black. We had to wear shoes in the room at all times and it also turned the soles of our shoes black. When we tried to wipe up some spilled water on the floor, the cloth turned black. There was mold lining the shower and my daughter who has a known mold allergy began reacting. I have no doubt that the carpet had NEVER been cleaned and was also riddled with mold. There was a definite odor that reflected that. The tv screen had white stripe going down the middle when turned on. The iron was broken and poured water all over my husband’s shorts when tries to iron them. We could not wait to get out of there.
