It worked but I won’t go back

Hotel was very sparse and there’s not really any restaurants or convenience stores close. Our shampoo bottle (travel size) was half empty and had someone else’s hair in it. I had to pick up a new one from the desk and asked for conditioner too and they didn’t have any. Ice machine was broken. Fridge in the room was unplugged. It was cheap and I guess you get what you pay for.

This was the worse place I have ever stayed in the housekeeping stay are lazy and don’t clean your room at all the smoke in your room and make big mess never put clean towels or clean sheet on the bed pool is nasty and the hole place smells so bad don’t recommend staying here it so nasty

I had an inoperable toilet for 3 days in spite of requesting it be repaired every day. Everyday they assured me it was fixed and it was not. After 3 days, I demanded a new room and was accommodated with a new room. The swimming pool was out of operation for the entire 5-day stay. I emailed Red roof and requested a partial refund and was given an apology and they ended communication with that. I understand problems happen, but this is inexcusable and they refuse to make it right.

The stay was good for a one night stop. It was a half way stop to break up a long drive so I wasn’t there to use the pool or anything. Room was very clean and comfy. Did not see what the breakfast was; I left to early. The location is right off highway and staff was very friendly.

Someone was smoking marijuana and cigarettes which stunk up the whole floor. We told the front desk and she came up to spray which helped a little. But then our door to the room had gaps around the side and bottom allowing the cigarette smell to permeate our room while we tried to fall asleep. Finally put a towel around the gaps to help us fall asleep. This all after you sign a paper when checking in to say you won’t smoke inside the hotel. Disappointed because it was a good location just in need of some repairs.
