There was hair hanging from a he ceiling in the hallway. Floors were sticky in the room. Couch was falling apart. Paint was chipping off walls around window. Bar sink dirty. Window seals were busted. Room smelled of mold and hallway smelled of weed. Breakfast is not available at this location anymore but honestly even if it was I wouldn’t have eaten it for fear it would have been prepared in a dirty kitchen.

Nasty roach hotel

The room smelled , there was no remote for the tv . The bathroom was the size of a closet and to top it all off we found roaches in our room ! The staff acted like it was an everyday thing … that’s a health code violation! Not ok with roaches in our room .

When we got to our room it smelled of straight chlorine. I have to young kida that do not need ro smell that all night. Then we noticed crumbs and food all over the floor. The toilet paper was used (not a nee roll). We bought a suit as well with a pull out couch that had not been clean in years it seems. We to front desk and Dylan was the most kind person! He tried everything he could to help us! But he also could not provide more towles than the two in the room provided as he had no access. I was not the only one to ask this either. Again we booked for 4 people to stay and only 2 towels with no access to more. The towels we did have were stained with black something. The sheets had a red stain that looked like blood. We ended up checking out as a mom i could not allow my children in that enviornement. But again, Dylan at the front was awesome to speak to when he tried to help in every way possible.

The room was ok; comfortable and clean but the shower/tub was very date and dingy. The highway noise was VERY loud. There was no TV remote. The front desk associate was able to find one that worked. The elevator was sketchy. There is no ice maker on the 3rd floor and out of order on 1st and 2nd floor. There was no breakfast. When we left a women is sweatpants vaping outside thanked us for staying, apparently she was the desk clerk!

The room was in poor condition, marks on the doors, plastic baseboards coming unglued and peeling away from the wall. The AC/heater made a loudish noise that sounded like someone was plowing snow outside. Mattress was good, sheets were clean. Staff was personable and helpful.

Everything seemed like it would be good when we entered, the hotel but the pool was closed, the room only had two towels for four people, when we asked for more, they only had pool towels. The room was okay, the remote did not work for the TV, there were stains on the bed sheets and towels, and there was no hair dryer. The staff was always outside on a smoke break. And we were told when we got there that they no longer had their hot breakfast. The room was also had an adjoining room, but the door on our side did not lock, half the power outlets and lights did not work. It seemed like this hotel was being used as a home for many people. Not a good place to stay for a night or two.

It would have been nice to have clean sheets without shoe prints all over them. The floor felt slippery and gross. We selected this hotel for the pool which the staff said had been out of service for several weeks.
