The house offers plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably and stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it perfect for any season. For your convenience, our elevator connects you effortlessly from the first floor to the basement and back. Enjoy our fantastic basement, complete with a ping-pong table, cozy gathering area, and a kitchen bar for all your refreshments. Additionally, the home features a well-appointed office and conference room, perfect for business needs or quiet work time. With its fantastic layout and gorgeous design, this home invites you to unwind and enjoy your stay. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Lexington. Have a blast! Please make sure to read the house rules before booking: Wedding/Event venue can only be permitted only with prior written permission of the host. Parties of 15 or more constitute an event and are subject to an Event Fee. No live music or DJ is allowed without prior written permission from the owner. NO smoking of any substance is permitted inside the home. Do not move the furniture. If you need anything moved for submit your requests and we will take care of it. Do not attach anything to the walls. If you have kids, make sure they don't touch the walls with dirty hand or write on them.Any damage to the walls, broken bunk beds, or beds will be subject to extra fees. This property rental was wonderful for our golf/bourbon trip for eight (8) adults. The property was accurately described, clean, plenty of room, great location. From start to finish, we had a great experience being hosted by Nasim. The house has everything you could want! The pool and hot tub were a great source of relaxation after a long day of activities - that are very close to the house. Nasim was great when we had questions and a couple of special requests. Our group of 10 adults have WAY more space and privacy than we expected. Amazing house.

My family and I recently stayed at this property for my son’s UK graduation. The upscale house had plenty of space for the 12 people in our group. There were lots of places to spend time together but also space if people needed to take calls etc. The house offered every amenity you could think of. Can’t beat the location. We had a few people fly in so an easy trip to the airport to pick them up and 15 minutes to downtown Lexington. Given the graduation weekend timing the value was great compared to having to book individual hotel booking. If you are headed to Lexington and looking for space with a large group, I don’t think you could find a better spot.The host was great to work with and provided the details I needed to check-in and out. She also checked in just to make sure we were finding everything and if we needed anything.If I find my way out there for the spring or fall meets at Keeneland, I will be looking at this property to host my group.
