Room floor needed replaced. I had to watch where I walked to avoid tearing my socks where the flooring was torn. Breakfast needed additional healthy choices. Coffee tastes awful at the breakfast bar and in the room.

While the decor and codition of the rooms could stand an update, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was hot, the breakfast was good and the staff were great!

Flooring needs attention, coffee maker cups, and fixings were provided, but no lids for the cups, which makes a mess inevitable. My travel plans made me forgo the breakfast option as I had to leave early, but I remember from history there’s not much of a breakfast offered more continental style.

There is no elevator in this hotel! There were no first floor accommodations when we arrived. Although in my request when booking, I asked to be near an elevator so common sense would’ve told you if there’s not an elevator, they should’ve reached out to me as we had handicap members in our party. So we had to lug all of our luggage up two flights of stairs and then the following day, they were able to move us downstairs so we had to pack up everything and move downstairs. And when we got to the rooms downstairs, the air conditions were so noisy and where the planks of LVP come together in the floor, we’re coming up. It hurt your feet to walk on. The carpet and the hallways was filthy and the lighting is very dim would not stay there again.
